Certified Residential Specialist?

Professors have the Ph.D.
Physicians have the M.D.
Realtors have the CRS.

It’s not the same old real estate market anymore. These days, it’s faster, more complex and more competitive in every way. Homebuyers shop the Internet. Offers arrive by cellular phone. On-line mortgage companies make it possible to obtain pre-approved financing in the privacy of your home.

Only 5% of Realtors, or one in 20 Realtors are Certified Residential Specialists. (CRS) and have the advanced training, experience and commitment to their chosen profession. The CRS designation means I have earned the residential real estate industry's most advanced "degree."

Does it cost more to buy or sell a home with a Certified Residential Specialist?  No it does not cost more to use a CRS.

With 23 years of experience, I may have more real estate experience and training than the average agent and my expertise may actually save you time and money or help increase your profit. It has never been more important to work with a professional who has the know-how to Create Opportunities, Identify Potential Pitfalls up front, and make your home Buying or Selling experience an unqualified success. Don't settle for less! You need a Certified Residential Specialist. (CRS).

When you work with a CRS you can rest assured you’re dealing with an expert who will treat you fairly and professionally every step of the way.
